About the Role
This position is for a customer specialist who will help train AI models by assessing chatbot progress, checking how well the models reason, and identifying issues that can improve overall model quality.
The work calls for a very strong background in writing, editing, and content creation. Relevant academic or professional exposure may also come from communications or journalism, among similar fields.
Working Style and Contract Details
This is an independent contractor arrangement. You can select the projects you want to take on and decide when to work on them. The role is designed for flexible scheduling and can be done from your own computer at home.
Compensation for projects starts at USD 25–30 per hour, and some projects may include bonus pay. Payments are handled through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD will be managed by PayPal. You will never be asked to pay any money to take part in this role.
Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the responses they generate.
- Judge model output for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong English fluency at native or bilingual level.
- A careful, detail-focused approach to work.
- Excellent command of grammar, writing style, and brand voice.
- A bachelor's degree that is in progress, completed, or currently being pursued is preferred, though not mandatory.
