About the role
This position is for a receptionist profile that will support the training of AI systems. The work involves assessing chatbot progress, reviewing how the models reason, and identifying issues that can be fixed to improve overall output quality.
The assignment calls for a very strong command of writing, editing, and content creation. Relevant backgrounds may include communications or journalism, along with similar language-focused disciplines.
How this contract works
- You can select the projects you want to take on and decide when you work.
- The role is designed to fit around your own timetable and can be done from your personal computer.
- Work is paid on an hourly basis, beginning at USD 25 to 30+ per hour, and some projects may include bonus rates.
Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the responses they generate.
- Check AI model output for accuracy and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Native-level or bilingual fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent ability in grammar, style, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- A bachelor's degree that is currently being pursued, already completed, or in progress is preferred, though not mandatory.

Payments are processed through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD will also be handled by PayPal. Candidates will never be asked to pay any fee. Only applicants based in New Zealand will be considered. This opportunity is offered on an independent contractor basis.
