Role Overview
We seek a welcoming, dynamic, and guest-oriented Health Club Attendant to maintain safety, cleanliness, and a hospitable atmosphere within our gym and spa areas. If you enjoy engaging in hospitality and possess excellent customer service skills, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, members, and residents utilizing the health club facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and high standards in the gym, spa, and wellness zones.
- Oversee facility hygiene, water quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in the maintenance and correct usage of gym and spa equipment.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security teams to ensure a secure and pleasant environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of towels, robes, and guest amenities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in hospitality, fitness, wellness, or related fields.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks and lifting requirements.
- Friendly disposition, professional attitude, and strong customer focus.
- Basic understanding of gym equipment and health and safety standards.
- First Aid and CPR certification advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong command of English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a bonus.
