Job description
Overview
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute within the children’s mental health services in Halton as a support worker. The role involves collaborating with a skilled and experienced multidisciplinary team (MDT) while providing direct assistance to children and their families to meet their health needs. The post holder is an essential member of the clinical team and care pathway and is encouraged to actively participate in the development of pathways and services. The role provides a platform to utilize existing expertise and further develop skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support the clinical teams as part of the multidisciplinary team.
- Operate within various environments including patients' homes and community clinical settings.
- Ensure delivery of quality strategy by establishing effective systems and processes within the designated area.
