Job Overview
We are seeking a Head of Operations to oversee comprehensive manufacturing production activities, driving achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly output goals. This leadership role involves strategic planning and continuous oversight of production workflows to maximize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage entire production operations to meet scheduled production objectives.
- Develop, supervise, and refine production plans and schedules to optimize resource utilization.
