About the Role
SF Technology Partners is seeking a Head of Transformation to lead critical strategic change initiatives and acquisition integrations within the organisation. This high-profile leadership role reports directly to the CEO and will steer the company's transformation portfolio, driving impactful business improvements across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's transformation program ensuring successful delivery of strategic projects.
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of change programs and projects aligning with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to determine priorities, manage risks, and resolve obstacles that hinder progress.
- Lead the full cycle integration of acquired companies including people, systems, processes, and cultural alignment.
- Develop and execute integration plans from due diligence through to complete operational assimilation.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to foster alignment and cooperation.
- Provide clear reports and insights to senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Identify operational enhancements and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and develop a dedicated transformation and change team, embedding industry best practices across the organisation.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience leading comprehensive business transformation programs.
- Proven track record managing portfolios of strategic change initiatives.
- Demonstrable success in acquisition or post-merger integrations from planning stages to execution.
- Strong expertise in program or portfolio management supported by certifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP.
- Capability to influence and engage senior executives and board members effectively.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- A practical, hands-on mindset with adaptability to uncertain and dynamic environments.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills focused on achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in leading and nurturing high-performing transformation or change teams.
