Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Talent Management to oversee comprehensive talent acquisition (TA) operations for a global AI and technology consulting firm with 7,000+ employees across North America, India, and Latin America. This role involves ownership of the India TA function initially as a hands-on leader and strategic architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Redesign the global TA framework including organizational structure, processes, technology, and vendor partnerships.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) providers, staffing vendors, and ATS platforms; lead selection and governance.
- Develop a global sourcing approach targeting technology consulting talent in the U.S., India, and LATAM markets.
- Establish metrics and reporting systems to provide clear visibility into pipeline health, time-to-fill, hiring quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Lead and expand the India TA team by recruiting, onboarding, and developing recruiter talent locally.
- Manage India-specific sourcing strategies, including campus engagement and competitive employer branding.
- Implement AI and automation tools across all TA functions such as sourcing, screening, scheduling, pipeline management, and performance reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with practice leaders to build proactive, skills-based hiring pipelines aligned with growth and backlog forecasts.
- Coordinate closely with workforce management to align hiring with utilization targets, bench management, and internal mobility priorities.
- Serve as the primary TA consultant to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and senior leadership team, ensuring transparent communication and business alignment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in IT services and technology consulting recruitment.
- Experience in large IT services or consulting firms such as Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, or EPAM, involving high-volume hiring in specialized skill markets.
- Proven leadership of talent acquisition teams across India and at least one other geography, including restructuring and market knowledge.
- Track record of designing or substantially overhauling TA functions including operating models, technology stacks, team structures, and vendor relationships.
- Hands-on deployment and optimization of AI-driven recruitment and automation tools throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Experience evaluating and collaborating with RPOs, ATS vendors, sourcing platforms, and staffing partners at scale.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Certification in coaching or formal training in leadership development is advantageous.
