Overview and Key Responsibilities

The Head of Strategic Operations role involves transforming Via55's strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans while closely monitoring progress and proactively managing risks. This position supports the deployment and adoption of the Via55 Target Operating Model and leads efforts to integrate AI tools and new operating methods across the company, measuring outcomes and reporting advances.

Core Duties

Develop and implement structured delivery plans aligned with strategic goals, ensuring timely progress and early risk identification.
Champion the continuous rollout and acceptance of the Target Operating Model through effective communication.
Coordinate the uptake of AI-driven tools and workflows, tracking their impact on business processes.
Own leadership-level reporting; manage senior communications including handling sensitive information as needed.
Create and execute initiatives that promote a strong team culture, increase employee engagement, and enhance collaboration across departments.
Establish and maintain talent development frameworks while aiding recruitment efforts for senior and strategic positions.
Manage the facilities strategy and operational execution across multiple office locations.
Lead operational aspects of international expansion including organization of people structures, local processes, and internal alignments.

Strategic projects are delivered within established timelines with risks effectively addressed.
Leadership maintains clear and prompt awareness of performance metrics and potential risks.
Culture enhancement, talent management, and international expansion efforts proceed smoothly with minimal need for escalations.

Experience and Skills Required

Proven experience in operations management, strategic program implementation, or a role similar to chief of staff.
Ability to work effectively across diverse functions and organizational levels.
