Role Overview

This leadership role involves working directly with the Principal and Leadership Team to champion inclusive education practices. The successful candidate will ensure all students have equitable access to learning experiences, participation, and achievement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage school-wide inclusive education initiatives.
• Coordinate adjustment procedures, intervention strategies, and support services.
• Empower and assist teachers in embedding differentiated and inclusive teaching approaches.
• Utilize data-driven methods to enhance student performance.
• Engage families, specialists, and external organizations in collaborative efforts.
• Contribute strategically to the school’s improvement plans and student wellbeing programs.
• Develop staff expertise in inclusive education and disability support procedures.

• Capability to mentor and guide teachers in enhancing outcomes for diverse students.
• Experience managing intervention or support programs in primary education settings.

• Proficiency in data evaluation and strategic planning to drive school enhancement.
