Role Overview
We seek a motivated leader to join our APAC Sales leadership and lead the Singapore Sales Team, owning commercial outcomes locally. This role demands strategic insight, excellent commercial implementation, and strengthening team capabilities while promoting collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Singapore Sales team, driving their full commercial success.
- Set and execute the vision and strategy for Singapore sales, aligning local efforts with global and regional directives.
- Engage with major strategic opportunities, managing executive relationships and navigating complex sales cycles involving fintech solutions to secure new clients.
- Implement and champion the Adyen Sales Methodology and Selling Process to ensure best practices in sales and forecasting.
- Develop scalable best practices that enable the organization to achieve revenue goals and key growth metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales Development, Marketing, Account Management, Product, and Partnerships, both regionally and globally.
Candidate Profile
- Proven sales hunter with extensive experience serving multinational enterprises.
- Strong capabilities in sales forecasting, coaching, and driving structured sales methodologies and processes.
- Inspirational and hands-on leadership with over 10 years' experience in Singapore, including leading senior sales professionals.
- Deep experience and insight into Enterprise Businesses in Singapore and the wider Asian market.
- Resilient, with the ability to influence, challenge, and focus on sustainable business growth.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
- Comfortable engaging with complex fintech topics to support and guide the sales team effectively.
- A collaborative team player who understands motivating sales teams, takes ownership, and resolves conflicts decisively.
