We are seeking an experienced Head of EMEA Revenue Operations to join our dynamic team. This leadership role focuses on managing comprehensive revenue operations across Europe and the Middle East. Reporting directly to the SVP of Global Revenue Operations, you will collaborate closely with teams in Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to drive revenue growth strategies and support long-term expansion plans within the Enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of commercial performance including revenue, customer behavior, and sales metrics to identify trends and provide strategic insights for leadership.
• Lead the design and execution of impactful growth initiatives aimed at accelerating revenue and expanding the customer base across critical segments and markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align objectives, exchange insights, and ensure execution of revenue strategies.
• Assist with strategic planning and forecasting by offering rigorous analytics, scenario planning, and actionable recommendations.
• Create dashboards and other tools to monitor progress on initiatives and continuously improve outcomes.
• Keep abreast of market and competitor developments within the FinTech space, including pricing trends and shifts in card network fees and alternative payment method costs.
• Partner with global Pricing teams to analyze payment economics, develop pricing strategies, and manage discount policies and approval processes to maintain commercial consistency worldwide.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 20 years of solid experience in revenue strategy, pricing, or related functions within the payments industry.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills focused on delivering measurable business impact.
• Proven leadership ability with excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
• Adept at deconstructing complex challenges into manageable components for effective resolution.
• Confident communicator with executive presence.
• Experience working in global or multi-regional corporate environments is highly desirable.

Additional Information

English is the predominant working language due to geographically dispersed colleagues, clients, and partners. The recruitment process may incorporate automated tools and artificial intelligence to aid candidate evaluation.

The annual gross salary range expected for this position in the primary location is EUR 28,800 to EUR 40,000. Salaries in other locations may vary according to local market conditions and cost of living. This range encompasses multiple career levels and will be refined in the interview stage based on qualifications and experience.
