XANDOR Automotive is a leading supplier to the automotive industry with locations in Baden-Baden, Czech Republic, and China. Our clients include renowned companies such as AMG, Magna, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Ford, and the VW Group with Porsche, Skoda, and Audi. At our Baden-Baden facility, we employ approximately 237 individuals, manufacturing high-quality aluminum hoses and lines for air conditioning systems, as well as steel pipe systems for active chassis. Our in-house model shop and test center ensure continuous safeguarding and validation of our product quality. Role Description
As the Head of Quality (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic and operational direction of quality management at the Baden-Baden site. You will lead the quality team, further develop our quality management system, and ensure compliance with all internal and customer-specific quality requirements. Your daily tasks will include planning, controlling, and optimizing quality processes throughout the value chain, approving and monitoring quality inspection plans, and evaluating quality metrics. You will coordinate internal and external audits, derive measures for root cause analysis and continuous improvement, working closely with production, development, purchasing, and customers. This is a full-time position based exclusively on-site in Baden-Baden.
