Key Responsibilities

• Oversee company-level purchasing coordination and implement the division’s purchasing strategy in collaboration with the Division Control Company Purchasing Manager (DCC-PM).
• Develop and enhance group-wide and division-wide Material Group Management initiatives.
• Set and meet purchasing objectives focusing on flexibility, performance, liquidity, and profitability, such as optimizing replenishment times, ensuring material availability, managing stock levels, and reducing material costs.
• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to local purchasing staff, advancing the department as a strategic partner and supply chain expert.
• Work jointly on harmonizing and optimizing divisional procurement processes to lower risks and costs.
• Coordinate personnel planning in cooperation with the DCC-PM.
• Lead purchasing controlling activities at the company level, including developing purchasing methods, tools, price forecasts, and ensuring purchasing results are achieved.
• Drive sustainable initiatives to maintain competitiveness and innovation in the procurement of parts.
• Engage actively in cross-plant purchasing projects, securing resources and leading as project manager or owner.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience in managing procurement functions.
• Thorough understanding of procurement strategies and controlling mechanisms.
• Proven team leadership and management capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitudes.
• Excellent communication skills combined with assertiveness.
