We seek a highly experienced Head of Renewable Energy Projects to spearhead the execution and delivery of our renewable energy portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Formulate detailed project delivery strategies aligned with capacity goals.
• Implement transparent reporting systems for organizational oversight.
• Establish and deliver training initiatives to enhance project management and engineering skills.
• Promote a culture valuing continuous professional development.
• Design and maintain comprehensive risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate project threats proactively.
• Standardize project management and engineering procedures, including templates and guidelines.
• Facilitate sharing of knowledge and best practices within teams.
• Direct project delivery to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate construction readiness and oversee interfaces related to EPCC scope, schedule, costs, quality, health, safety, environment, and contractor interactions.
• Provide authoritative technical and developmental support across regional renewable energy projects.
• Lead cost optimization and incorporate value engineering methodologies to improve project economics.
• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience spanning renewable energy business development, project conception, construction, and delivery with comprehensive knowledge of EPCC frameworks.
• Track record managing large-scale renewables across multiple technologies, such as solar, wind, energy storage, and hybrid systems, particularly within APAC/ASEAN markets.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including oversight of multiple direct reports and the ability to motivate diverse, cross-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to relocate and be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
