- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration involving Marketing, Engineering, Data/BI, and Sales teams.
- Define and execute IMAGO’s product vision, strategy, and portfolio prioritization, integrating self-serve growth and enterprise solutions.
- Implement and manage product development processes, including discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement.
- Lead and mentor the product team comprising a Product Manager, Designer, and Technical SEO Manager to ensure excellence in discovery, UX, and decision quality.
- Promote transparency through KPI tracking and reporting metrics such as conversion funnel effectiveness, customer retention, repeat purchases, cycle time, and engagement.
- Function as a pivotal strategic advisor to C-level executives on critical decisions regarding investment, trade-offs, and strategic initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Experienced senior product leader with a background managing growth for self-service digital platforms like e-commerce, marketplaces, or large catalogs.
- Proficient in building and guiding product teams and in establishing core product management processes.
- Demonstrated success in scaling SEO-driven growth, leveraging technical SEO, information architecture, internal linking, and scalable landing page development.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs, adept at optimizing conversion funnels and preferably repeat purchase and retention metrics.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and prioritizing efforts across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Data/BI functions.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Desirable Attributes

- Background in media or licensing industries.
- Ability to communicate in German is advantageous.
Benefits

- Competitive salary package supplemented by a variable component linked to platform growth performance.
- Additional benefits including public transportation passes, company pension plans, and a monthly allowance for personal well-being expenditures such as health activities (e.g., Urban Sports), learning opportunities, and travel.
