We are developing an intelligent ecosystem for the home environment, combining ambient, proactive AI integrated into a series of devices including a central hub, accessories, and the software that interlinks them. Our company is a Series A startup supported by leading venture capital firms and technology collaborators, founded by an experienced ex-unicorn entrepreneur. As an early-stage member, we operate with speed and agility.

Role Overview

This is a founding-level leadership position in product management. Initially partnering directly with the CEO, the successful candidate will ultimately advance into the VP or Chief Product Officer position as the organization expands. This opportunity offers the chance to define and shape a new category of AI hardware from inception.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete product lifecycle, from market and customer research to product discovery, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze usage and performance metrics, refine product positioning, and prioritize features in alignment with strategic company objectives.
• Establish and optimize product management procedures, mentor the growing product team, and systematically incorporate feedback from users and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and executive teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality product features.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated ability to create and drive product strategies, owning roadmaps and managing product lifecycle effectively.
• Strong analytical expertise and market research skills to interpret data, assess customer needs, and evaluate market opportunities.
• Excellent communication capabilities for facilitating cross-functional collaboration and documenting product decisions clearly.
• Proven leadership experience in product teams within startups or high-growth environments, including recruiting, mentoring, and managing performance.
• Successful track record in launching and iterating digital products, with expertise in agile development and experimentation methodologies.
• Comfortable working on-site in collaboration with engineering, design, and business units.
• Experience with early-stage or stealth startups and a history of creating zero-to-one products is highly advantageous.
