Job description
About the company
Future Secure AI is creating a new category of enterprise AI work and is looking for people who want to help shape it. The business operates at the edge of artificial intelligence, solving complex, practical problems for global enterprises across several industries. Its culture emphasizes courage, precision, and deep curiosity, supported by an entrepreneurial leadership team that is experienced, approachable, and open to direct conversation. The company also places strong emphasis on employee growth, with the belief that long-term success is tied to the development of its people.
Role overview
Future Secure AI is hiring a Head of Product Operations to strengthen the operating backbone across Product, Engineering, and Architecture. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer and serves as the central coordination point for these functions. The purpose of the position is to build the systems, routines, and governance that capture incoming signals, prioritize work, surface decisions, and ensure follow-through across the platform organization.
The role is intended for a people leader who will build and run a function rather than contribute only as an individual specialist. You will directly manage four areas: Product Analytics, Market Intelligence, Quality and Standards, and GTM Enablement.
What you will own
- A unified intake process for product-related requests and inputs across the organization
- The weekly prioritization process and the monthly update cycle spanning Product, Engineering, and Architecture
- The product decision register, including trade-offs, dependencies, escalations, and closure tracking
- Visibility into roadmap confidence across committed, conditional, and deferred initiatives
- Governance of the Product Portal and upkeep of field guidance accuracy
- Executive update packs for founders and senior leaders
- Leadership of a four-person management layer, including hiring and development to a high standard
What the company is looking for
The ideal candidate brings at least 7 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy and Operations, Chief of Staff, or a similar operating role. The background should include creating operating cadences from the ground up, leading teams, and working effectively in complex cross-functional environments, ideally within enterprise B2B technology.
You should be someone who can bring structure that people genuinely adopt, push decisions forward without unnecessary conflict, and communicate with enough clarity that founders or executives can act quickly. Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-changing environment is essential.
Why join Future Secure AI
This position offers the chance to establish the operating foundation for one of Australia’s most ambitious enterprise AI businesses at a stage where the work will have real influence on the company’s direction. The role comes with substantial ownership, high visibility, and meaningful impact.
In addition to a competitive salary and equity, the company offers direct access to the leadership team from the start.
Benefits and culture
- High-performance environment
- Access to advanced technology
- Exposure to experienced, world-class leadership
- Opportunity to contribute at meaningful scale
- Strong growth potential alongside competitive compensation
- Collaboration with highly capable industry professionals
- Flexible working arrangements
- An environment that values diversity and creativity
Additional information
The company does not want to be contacted by recruitment agencies. The hiring process is handled internally, and candidates are expected to submit interest directly with a resume through the company’s own website.
