The Opportunity

The successful candidate will act as the link between business, engineering, and product teams, helping ensure AI solutions are delivered with accuracy and impact.

You will lead discovery, help define roadmaps, break down business challenges, and create momentum across AI delivery squads. Your work will influence major AI programs within large global enterprises.

What You Will Be Doing

• Simplify complex business issues into clear, manageable components and ensure teams understand the purpose behind the work.
• Run workshops and discovery discussions with senior executives and business leaders.
• Develop strong knowledge of the company’s AI capabilities and help shape emerging use cases.
• Review data, workflows, and operational behaviour to support decisions and lower delivery risk.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to establish priorities, clarity, and strategic alignment.
• Support engineering and product teams by removing obstacles and helping them move quickly and confidently.
• Operate within a squad handling two to three use cases at the same time.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will come from a business-facing background and be comfortable working in commercial settings and navigating complex organisations. You should be confident challenging stakeholders when needed and capable of driving clarity in ambiguous situations.

• At least 8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in commercial, consulting, or enterprise settings.
• Direct experience working with business stakeholders rather than only technical teams.
• Experience coordinating two to three complex projects or workstreams at once.
• Strong questioning skills and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear outcomes.
• Comfort working in fast-moving agile environments where priorities can change quickly.
• Experience communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• AI experience is beneficial, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are more important.
• Proven leadership across complex technology, AI, data, or automation initiatives.
• Ability to shape messaging, influence direction, and support senior decision-making.
