Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product management team strategically and operationally, acting as the primary contact for advancing the product portfolio closely working with the CPTO.
• Guide the team in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and technology advancements to craft and proactively implement innovative product strategies.
• Collaborate tightly with development teams to push forward new SAP and cloud integration features by preparing feature stories, defining acceptance criteria, and organizing planning meetings including requirement prioritization and justification.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, facilitating smooth execution in cooperation with development, sales, and marketing teams, with regular onsite presence in Stuttgart (ideally two days per week).
• Utilize customer and event feedback alongside personal insights to optimize products to meet market demands and maintain leadership, focusing on understanding customer pain points and identifying new opportunities, including participation in presales calls.
• Develop monetization strategies for product features.
• Maintain strong partnerships with industry analysts to gain valuable market and competitor insights supporting product strategy and roadmap development.
• Represent Theobald Software/bluetelligence at trade shows, conferences, and webinars, inspiring potential customers with compelling product vision and storytelling.
• Improve and align product management processes and interaction with development teams by enhancing feature sizing for accurate planning and roadmap estimation, consistently using prioritization methods like RICE, and expanding design-thinking methodologies for new features and products.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of product management experience with software solutions, preferably in SAP integration or cloud technologies.
• Strong expertise in agile development processes, capable of steering product strategies both technically and economically.
• Ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts and demonstrate effective leadership internally and externally.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in German and English to successfully engage in German-speaking events and international settings.
