Job description

About the company

2-TIMES is a private, invite-only luxury retail and event-led shopping platform serving a curated circle of high-value clients. Its business blends online commerce with branded editorial content, bringing together luxury labels, contemporary art collaborators, and discerning shoppers through highly personalized service and immersive storytelling. Founded by twin brothers Alex and Luke Anton, the company operates across the Asia Pacific region and maintains offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.

Role overview

This role reports to the VP of Technology and the VP of eCommerce and partners closely with designers, developers, and data scientists. The Head of Product will shape 2-TIMES’ digital go-to-market strategy for major product and feature launches, owning the full lifecycle from initial concept and prioritization through release, support, and continuous improvement. The position also carries responsibility for both short- and long-term roadmaps across the company’s content and commerce platforms.

The successful candidate will be expected to champion user needs, assess the current performance of digital products, and identify opportunities to modernize existing systems. This includes building business cases for solutions that can be developed or sourced externally to deliver meaningful near-term impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy and oversee the complete development cycle for 2-TIMES’ web, mobile, and microsite portfolio.
  • Identify potentially disruptive products and technologies, present ideas to leadership, and drive execution when approved.
  • Apply strong expertise in subscription-based private client eCommerce across product conception, feature planning, interface design, user experience, and ongoing platform stewardship.
  • Research, plan, and implement process enhancements in partnership with departmental leaders, while encouraging adoption through collaboration with team managers.
  • Review and refine pricing decisions, especially when new functionality is introduced, and define KPIs to measure customer value delivered by releases.
  • Guide current and future product and CRM team members, and work with operations and design teams to resolve customer issues, manage case follow-ups, and support strategic digital initiatives.
  • Own release planning, supportability, and iteration for new digital products and key functionality launches.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree from a top-tier university in computer science, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience building, testing, and launching innovative interfaces, websites, and applications at mid-to-large scale.
  • Exposure to the luxury consumer landscape and an appreciation of global fashion platforms and marketplaces.
  • Strong curiosity, analytical thinking, fast learning ability, and a habit of continuously researching new capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of product development and enterprise platforms, APIs, and microservices, including tools such as Segment, Heap, Clearbit, Kompyte, and InVision.
  • Working familiarity with account-based marketing tools such as Bizible/Marketo, HubSpot, and Demandbase.
  • Comfort using BI, project management, and collaboration tools such as SQL, Qlik, Tableau, Asana, Slack, Notion, Whereby, and Teams.
  • Experience with Sanity CMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and AI applications.
  • Excellent English communication skills; professional Mandarin and/or Cantonese ability is strongly preferred.
  • Must be based near a 2-TIMES location in Hong Kong (Central) or Singapore (Rochor), or be willing to relocate to Asia if applying from overseas.

Compensation and additional terms

The role offers a salary of HKD 80,000 to HKD 100,000 per month, along with bonuses and allowances.

2-TIMES has stated that it will not enter into commercial arrangements with recruiters or agencies representing candidates.
