Role overview
PX Health Ireland Ltd is developing a new digital health platform called the Human Health OS. The company is seeking a senior design leader to define the product design direction and deliver an outstanding experience across web and mobile products. This is a practical, hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys solving complex design problems and creating products with real-world impact.
Working arrangement
The role is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid/remote setup. It starts at around 25 hours per week and is intended to move into a full-time position once funding is secured.
Compensation and future opportunity
The package is described as competitive for an early-stage startup and includes deferred compensation plus a vesting equity opportunity. After the funding round, the role is expected to convert into a full-time salaried executive leadership position.
Key responsibilities
The Head of Product Design will guide the product design strategy across the PX Health platform, shape the visual identity, and establish the product language. The role also includes creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, while working closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and company leadership to turn concepts into working solutions. In addition, the person will set up scalable design processes, define best practices, and build, mentor, and lead the design team as the company expands.
