About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Head of Product to lead an innovative AI-driven startup's new enterprise offering. This role requires complete ownership over the product lifecycle, including vision setting, strategic planning, delivery, launch, and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the overarching product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Drive the launch and scaling of a novel AI product line.
- Dissect complex customer challenges to design scalable product solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams.
- Create and deploy AI-enabled workflows leveraging large language models, retrieval methods, agents, and structured data extraction techniques.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators such as activation, adoption, retention, and overall product success metrics.
- Coordinate product release timelines aligned with client needs, sales targets, and go-to-market objectives.
- Make decisive prioritization and trade-off judgments in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of five years experience in software product management.
- Proven experience working within AI startups is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience owning full product lifecycles end-to-end rather than isolated features.
- A strong record of guiding complex technical products from inception to launch (0–1).
- Hands-on experience delivering AI features or products that have been adopted by real customers.
- Deep knowledge of B2B or enterprise SaaS markets.
- Comfortable engaging directly with both customers and engineering teams.
