About the Role

Our client is a rapidly expanding fintech platform bridging financial services with advanced technology, catering to leading global financial firms. The organization is transitioning into a product-centric, AI-focused company, centering around a fresh standalone product initiative.

We are assisting in hiring a Head of Product who will work directly with the Founder & CEO. This role involves a genuine 0 to 1 product creation—conceptualizing, constructing, and launching a new standalone solution that rethinks the handling of financial data, document workflows, and investor processes.

You will establish and manage a select team of 4-5 high-performing professionals, separate from the broader engineering division. The team’s mission is to move swiftly and embed a product-first and AI-native development approach. The position entails full product ownership, extending from discovering customer needs, delivering the minimum viable product (MVP), through iterative refinement, integrating AI as both a client-facing feature and an internal productivity enabler.

Essential Qualifications

• Between 4 to 8+ years of experience in Product Management at senior levels such as Principal, Lead, Group, or Head within B2B SaaS or fintech sectors.
• Proven history of building products from zero to initial market validation.
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and making rapid iterations in dynamic startup or scale-up contexts.
• In-depth knowledge of AI-driven product development, including external-facing solutions and internal tool enhancements.
• A strong mindset for scalable SaaS platform development rather than custom one-off solutions.
• Experience with data-heavy or document-centric applications, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
• Ability to lead autonomously and collaborate closely with founders and executive leadership.
