• Define and own the product vision and roadmap from strategic prioritization through to measurable rollout.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to successful launch, ensuring measurable impact.
• Conduct structured user discovery through interviews, shadowing, and feedback synthesis to deeply understand client needs and champion the user's voice internally, driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high standard for visual design and user experience, reviewing and refining components, and ensuring all elements meet the desired aesthetic and functional quality for an intuitive tax experience.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Time-to-Filing, automation rate, client satisfaction, and advisor efficiency, using data to guide all feature development decisions.
• Explore and implement cutting-edge AI applications within the product, staying at the forefront of AI's impact on product development and fostering innovation within the product organization.
• Act as a central liaison between client-facing teams, engineering, design, tax advisory, and founders, shaping the overall product culture.

• Possess over 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, Finance, Tax, or similarly complex industries, with a demonstrated history of successfully guiding products from vision to execution and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Show a proven track record of integrating and utilizing AI in daily work, demonstrating practical application beyond basic tools like ChatGPT, and showcasing the development of AI-native workflows.
• Develop deep empathy for both advisors facing deadline pressures and clients seeking certainty, translating these insights into exceptional product experiences.
• Exhibit strong design sensibilities, with proficiency in Figma for sketching and review, and a keen interest in modern design principles, coupled with strong opinions on effective UI and elegant, functional interfaces.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for AI products, using them daily, critiquing them, and possessing clear insights into their future direction, including hands-on experience with tools like Claude Cowork/Design/Code or similar.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to problem-solving, independently prototyping, testing prompts, integrating systems, and driving initiatives forward without requiring constant external support.
• Employ structured thinking methodologies such as MECE, first principles, and hypothesis-driven approaches to simplify complexity and facilitate clear decision-making.
• Communicate effectively in English at a C2 level; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in Finance, Tax, Accounting, or related fields is highly beneficial, as is familiarity with accounting and finance software ecosystems.
