Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a comprehensive supply chain and procurement strategy.
• Leading and enhancing the entire procurement department.
• Improving processes, cost structure, and supplier performance.
• Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with suppliers worldwide.
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficiency and transparency.
• Playing an active role as a change leader during the ongoing cultural transformation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, or a related qualification.
• Several years of leadership experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in driving transformations, restructurings, or growth projects.
• Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities.
• Leadership qualities including motivation, assertiveness, and a hands-on approach.
• Fluency and negotiation skills in both German and English.
• Drive to initiate change and energy to achieve ambitious objectives.
• High digital literacy with experience in modern IT and ERP systems.
