Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective logistics strategy to enhance operational performance.
• Lead and advance the functions of warehouse, transportation, and planning departments.
• Ensure seamless, cost-efficient, and timely logistics operations.
• Optimize processes throughout the entire value chain from goods receipt to dispatch.
• Introduce and continuously improve modern logistics and automation solutions.
• Manage external logistics partners while building sustainable, high-performance service provider relationships.
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, and sales teams to guarantee maximum transparency and efficiency.
• Act as a key driver of cultural transformation focusing on performance, digitization, and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed training or education in logistics, warehouse management, industry, trade, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in logistics, planning, or warehouse operations, with initial leadership experience being advantageous.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities.
• Proven leadership skills characterized by motivation, assertiveness, and a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• A proactive attitude with the determination and energy to achieve ambitious objectives.
• High digital literacy and familiarity with modern IT and ERP systems.
