A primary focus will be directing a worldwide SAP transformation effort and integrating superior programme governance throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand a global PMO function, promoting standardization, governance, and excellence in delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of substantial, intricate transformation programmes, emphasizing global SAP deployment and optimization.
• Implement and instill PMO frameworks, methodologies, and reporting protocols across various regions.
• Serve as a critical consultant to senior leadership concerning programme outcomes, risks, and prioritization of investments.
• Facilitate collaboration among IT, operations, supply chain, and commercial departments.
• Ensure effective resource planning, budgeting, and overall portfolio management.
• Build and lead talented, geographically dispersed teams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders at board and executive levels to foster alignment and progress.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive leadership experience as Head of PMO or Programme Director in global corporations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, multi-national SAP transformation projects.
• Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similarly regulated sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise programme governance, portfolio oversight, and transformative delivery.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing sizable, distributed teams across multiple international locations.
