Key Responsibilities
- Drive and maintain cultural alignment and consistency throughout the organisation.
- Own and implement strategy with a hands-on approach; unlike executive leadership roles, this position is very operational and action-oriented.
- Lead a small team comprising an HR Advisor and a Recruitment Specialist.
- Develop strong leadership capabilities across all branches.
- Manage and oversee Health & Safety compliance and initiatives.
