About the Role
Find ME is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Partnerships to spearhead the creation and management of significant partnerships on local, regional, and global levels. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-oriented leader with extensive background in international relations, stakeholder engagement, and partnership building particularly within the humanitarian or development sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a strategic international relations and partnerships plan to boost global cooperation and grow strategic alliances.
- Source, establish, and oversee partnerships with government bodies, private sector firms, non-governmental organizations, and international institutions.
- Lead the negotiation and formalization of partnership contracts including Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).
- Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Partnerships Department to ensure effectiveness.
- Manage the execution and quality assurance of partnership initiatives, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
- Oversee the design and launch of collaborative humanitarian and development projects.
- Represent the organization at international conferences, forums, and strategic discussions.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with international partners and funding entities.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners on projects funded externally.
- Analyze partnership and cooperation reports to provide strategic advice and insights.
- Guarantee policy and procedure alignment with global standards and recommended best practices.
- Maintain a current database of partners and stakeholders for reference and communication.
- Prepare thorough strategic and analytical reports to assist executive decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s in International Relations, International Studies, Non-Profit Management, or related disciplines is favored.
- At least 10 years of experience in partnerships, international relations, or comparable roles.
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, partnership formation, and contract negotiations.
- Deep understanding of humanitarian and international development sector dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
