Job description

About the Role

This pivotal leadership position involves spearheading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of professional development and learning initiatives in alignment with strategic priorities of the Trust. A key responsibility is to combine Organisational Development (OD) with Learning and Development (L&D) to deliver integrated plans under the Trust's People Strategy, enhancing workforce capability to provide outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead effective change management to enhance organizational effectiveness and embed strategic transformations into everyday operations.
  • Design and direct the learning and development department to align with evolving organizational goals.
  • Create and implement a bespoke leadership and management development program that supports the Trust’s values, People Plan, and future leadership needs.
  • Conduct detailed diagnostics in OD and L&D to identify opportunities for organizational growth and develop interventions accordingly.
  • Measure and track organizational performance improvements resulting from development initiatives.
