Job description
Role Overview
A leading shopping mall in the region is looking to hire a Head of Operations who will be an integral member of the leadership team. This role involves actively participating in strategic decision-making processes that influence the mall's operations. The main focus of this position is to oversee the entire retail asset’s operational management.
Reporting Line
This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Possession of an MBA or a relevant graduate degree is highly preferred.
- The candidate must have at least 15 years of experience in a related field.
- Specialist certifications such as RICS, UPC, or KSC are required.
