Role Overview
The Head of Operations will own day-to-day operational leadership, keep business processes running efficiently, and help raise overall performance across the organization. Working closely with the CEO and senior leaders, this person will turn strategy into execution, refine systems and workflows, and support the company’s scaling efforts. The role also plays an important part in building a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture aligned with long-term business goals.
Core Responsibilities
In this position, you will shape operating plans, improve service delivery, guide teams, manage financial performance, and use data to support smarter decisions. You will also help expand the business and strengthen recurring revenue opportunities.
Additional Information
The target annual base pay for this role is $180,000 to $225,000, plus a performance-based bonus, with the exact offer depending on experience and track record.
