Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing scalable, technology-driven billing and payroll processes.
• Collaborating with department leaders to create an exceptional, end-to-end experience for workers and clients, and spearheading this initiative.
• Establishing and enhancing controls across operational processes.
• Developing and refining daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and reports to drive data-informed decisions and solutions.
• Managing exceptions proactively, including handling worker complaints, client credit notes, and other delays to resolve issues, maintain loyalty, and identify areas for continuous process improvement.
• Taking primary responsibility for the worker experience and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Leading and managing the Financial Operations team effectively.

Required Experience and Background

• Proven experience in high-growth, scaling companies.
• Expertise in AI and technology-led process improvements, including use of third-party software, APIs, and proprietary tools.
• Experience with medium-sized service organizations handling high transaction volumes.
• International exposure and experience operating across multiple countries.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering technical and efficient solutions.
• Track record of enhancing customer service and improving NPS metrics.
• Management experience, including leading remote teams and collaborating with cross-functional department heads.
