About the Role
We seek a seasoned Head of Operations to oversee the daily functioning of our Aviation Academy in Hyderabad. This position requires expertise in aviation-related sectors such as cabin crew, airline, airport operations, or aviation training to ensure smooth and efficient academy management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations management of the academy.
- Lead and synchronize work across departments including Admissions, Counselling, Academics, Trainers, and Student Support teams.
- Ensure effective delivery and management of training programs and operational workflows.
- Track student enrollment, attendance, academic progress, disciplinary standards, and overall student experience.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Liaise with aviation industry partners and aid in driving placement activities.
- Evaluate team performance and compile operational reports for executive leadership.
- Address operational challenges and student concerns promptly and effectively.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Aviation, including Cabin Crew, Airline or Airport Operations, or Aviation Training sectors.
- Prior experience managing operations within an aviation academy is highly advantageous.
- Proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-resolution skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the aviation and cabin crew industry environment.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this role is between 30000 and 80000 INR.
