Role Overview
We seek a visionary sales leader to command and grow a dynamic team of more than 30 representatives across the North Island of New Zealand. This senior role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle from acquisition to account management, aiming to surpass unprecedented revenue milestones. You'll have the opportunity to steer regional growth efforts within a rapidly expanding company, engaging closely with farming communities to foster sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales strategies, including headcount planning and regional targets.
- Monitor and optimize weekly sales activities, tracking KPIs and pipeline health.
- Develop and implement tailored training initiatives to continuously elevate team capabilities.
- Mentor and lead the North Island sales team, managing performance, recruitment, and cultivating a supportive, learning-focused environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout all stages of engagement, collaborating closely with Account Management and other internal teams.
- Formulate and roll out comprehensive regional growth plans, identifying new opportunities and aligning with company-wide objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership, product, and support teams to drive results.
- Build and leverage strong industry networks to enhance Halter's market presence.

- Lead strategic sales planning and communicate vision and targets to the team.

- Coordinate closely with customer-facing teams to foster seamless account experiences.
