Job description
About Churchill Group and the Role
The Churchill Group spans multiple sectors, including professional services, mergers & acquisitions, tax advisory, compliance and sustainability technology, social networking, and digital platforms. Currently managing five brands, the group seeks to amplify brand recognition and market presence through strategic marketing leadership.
This full-time, remote position is based in the UAE, targeting candidates residing in Dubai. The role reports directly to the CEO and COO, providing considerable autonomy to develop and expand marketing efforts from the ground up, as the group currently lacks an established marketing department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and develop brand identities from inception across all group companies, including new technology ventures, establishing their market positioning, messaging, and interbrand relationships.
- Revamp existing brands such as Churchill Mergers, Churchill Tax Advisers, and Elite Hub to enhance their market recognition beyond just performance marketing.
- Drive brand awareness campaigns that elevate brand visibility, measuring effectiveness through metrics like awareness surveys, branded search volume, share of voice, and inbound lead generation.
- Build a unified, scalable branding and demand-generation framework applicable across all group brands rather than isolated efforts.
- Direct hands-on management of paid advertising campaigns, prioritizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram), along with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube, optimizing keywords, bids, ads, landing pages, and return on investment.
- Take ownership of marketing budgets, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and regularly report performance metrics.
- Lead demand generation initiatives for specific brands including Churchill Tax Advisers, Churchill Mergers, Elite Hub, ComplyZap, and EcoTrack360.
- Focus on mobile app growth for Elite Hub through user acquisition, retention strategies, and app store optimization.
- Develop content strategies encompassing articles, videos, podcasts, and thought leadership to build credible authority rather than just increasing traffic.
- Continuously optimize website conversion and user journeys across digital platforms.
- Compile and deliver weekly performance reports and dashboards for executive leadership review.
- Coordinate and oversee external agencies, freelancers, influencers, and internal team members with clear service level agreements (SLAs).
- Forge and manage strategic partnerships, and collaborate closely with company leaders, sales teams, developers, and designers.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience
- Proven background in brand creation, having personally led a brand from inception or low recognition to established market presence, with verifiable examples.
- Experience favors building brands from scratch rather than inheriting and expanding well-established ones.
- At least 10 years of hands-on marketing experience, excluding overlapping full-time study.
- Direct, practical experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ads and PPC campaign management including keyword strategy, bidding, ad structuring, landing page enhancements, and ROI maximization.
- Familiarity with Western markets, targeting audiences in the US, UK, or Europe, ideally with in-market experience.
- Experience overseeing marketing for multiple brands concurrently, successfully managing diverse target audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to control paid media budgets, with clear knowledge of budget figures, channels, and campaign outcomes.
- Capable of operating independently with high autonomy and consistent communication with senior leadership.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Skills and Background
- Experience with app store optimization and mobile app growth strategies for iOS or Android platforms.
- Work history in startup or scale-up environments where marketing functions were established from the ground up.
- Exposure to SaaS, fintech, regtech, professional services, mergers & acquisitions, tax, or investment sectors.
- Previous leadership of marketing teams is advantageous.
- Experience in the UK, USA, UAE, or broader GCC markets.
- Residency in Dubai is preferred.
Application Guidelines
Candidates should submit a combined application document including their CV, detailed descriptions of brands they have developed with dates and roles, examples of campaigns managed, measurable outcomes with context, and specifics of paid campaign budgets handled.
Note that references are only collected and reviewed at the final stage of hiring and will not influence initial screening.
