Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will assume a key leadership position, being part of the executive team and leading the marketing strategy, pipeline generation, and go-to-market execution. This role transcends traditional brand marketing, emphasizing strategic growth in lead quality and sales pipeline contribution rather than solely brand-building activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance funnel conversion rates and improve lead quality
- Refine ideal customer profile segmentation and targeting strategies
- Increase marketing's contribution to pipeline growth and revenue generation
- Foster stronger alignment and collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Build comprehensive reporting, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
- Track record of thriving in high-growth startup environments, preferably between Seed and Series A/B stages
- Expertise in demand generation and ownership of the sales pipeline
- Proven capability in managing and developing marketing teams
- Strong proficiency in go-to-market strategies and commercial marketing principles
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success departments
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with tactical execution
- Exceptional analytical skills and reliance on data-driven decision-making
- Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
- An interest in mission-driven organizations is highly appreciated
