Position Overview

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to oversee the entire marketing strategy and performance management for a seven-figure annual budget. This role involves designing scalable funnel architectures to drive measurable revenue growth, managing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube, and owning KPIs, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and control the overall marketing strategy with responsibility for a multi-million annual budget.
• Develop scalable funnel frameworks that directly contribute to driving revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns including KPI tracking, budget management, and detailed reporting.
• Collaborate closely with design and video production teams to test and refine creatives based on data-driven insights.
• Lead a small but highly skilled marketing team, ensuring clear processes and prioritization.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years' proven experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Demonstrated expertise managing advertising budgets in the 7 to 8-figure range.
• Strong understanding of key performance indicators, conversion optimization, and creative testing methodologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to strategically manage complex marketing structures.
• Analytical thinking, data affinity, and decisive decision-making skills.
• High degree of self-responsibility, leadership capability, and execution strength.
