About the Role
DADFUEL is an expanding direct-to-consumer supplements company based in Delray Beach, Florida, operating with a lean and talented team. The Head of Marketing position is a full-time, onsite role in Delray Beach offering substantial ownership and responsibility over the brand's growth strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire marketing profit & loss, focusing on customer acquisition efficiency, retention, and contribution margins.
- Lead paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon, managing both internal buyers and external agencies.
- Govern organic marketing efforts, including content creation, email and SMS lifecycle campaigns, the TikTok Shop presence, and affiliate and creator partnerships.
- Manage and enhance the skills of the current team of marketing specialists and agency partners, with authority to hire as the company scales.
- Work closely with the founder to fully own marketing operations, allowing the founder to focus on product development and company vision.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in DTC or e-commerce marketing, preferably in leadership roles such as head or director of marketing or growth.
- Proven record of driving key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), retention rates, and contribution margins, with the ability to demonstrate specific contributions.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets and making strategic allocation decisions.
- Strong leadership capability in managing both specialists and agencies to elevate marketing outcomes.
- Proficiency with data analysis and AI tools, including spreadsheet-driven decision-making and rapid response to insights.
- Experience in subscription models, supplements, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is advantageous.
- Must be based locally in Delray Beach or able to commit to full-time onsite presence.

This position is structured to reflect ownership level responsibilities with an appropriate compensation package.
