About The Role
Based in Sydney, Australia, The Well Team seeks a Head of Marketing & Lead Generation to spearhead its marketing initiatives aimed at connecting more NDIS participants with vital support services. This leadership role involves designing and implementing targeted campaigns that resonate authentically while upholding the organisation’s dignity-focused and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and drive holistic marketing plans aligned to company goals and the WorkWell™ operational framework.
- Manage and deliver compliant, impactful content across multiple channels such as digital platforms, social media, email marketing, websites, and print media.
- Lead and mentor Marketing Specialists in planning, executing and refining campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate marketing outcomes, adjust tactics, and maximize return on investment.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand outreach within relevant communities and stakeholder networks.
- Maintain brand integrity while aggressively generating quality leads.
- Ensure all marketing activities support participant-centered communication and the organisation’s mission.
WorkWell™ Model Contribution
- Generate qualified leads through comprehensive demand-signal campaigns and community engagement.
- Prepare audiences for smoother intake processes by crafting educational and expectation-setting marketing content.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement efforts by analyzing lead quality and campaign performance.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a senior marketing leadership capacity.
- Preferable experience working in healthcare or disability-related sectors.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and data analytics.
- Strong strategic vision coupled with creative problem-solving skills.
Additional Information
- Position reports directly to the Managing Director within the Marketing Department.
- Full-time employment with an immediate start.
