Overview
Orderbird is passionate about simplifying and enhancing the daily operations for hospitality professionals. As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the strategic and operational marketing efforts with a focus on growth and brand leadership within the SMB and gastronomy sectors. You will combine data-driven B2B SaaS marketing expertise with a strong enthusiasm for the hospitality industry. Your experience in marketing automation and leadership will guide and develop the marketing team and drive expansion based on data insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lead funnel from brand awareness to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), including aligning marketing and sales activities with lead scoring and regular review sessions.
- Oversee paid campaigns, SEO initiatives, and CRM channels to optimize growth.
- Redefine and reposition the company’s brand identity.
- Own brand and content strategy, including the brand voice, corporate identity, messaging, website performance, and visibility in LLMO contexts.
- Lead editorial planning, content strategy, and SEO management.
- Direct a cross-functional marketing team composed of CRM, growth, performance, and content specialists, coordinating closely with product and sales departments.
- Manage partner collaborations and event strategies focused on trade fairs and brand partnerships.
- Supervise external agencies for SEO, PR, and website development, ensuring quality control, performance tracking, budget oversight, and contractual communications.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of marketing team members, actively shaping a positive team culture.
- Support change management processes within the team, including AI integration.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in hospitality technology, fintech, or solutions aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics such as ARR, CAC, and LTV, alongside expert handling of CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Comprehensive understanding of the interplay between content, social media, performance, CRM, and growth marketing for maximum impact.
- Proven record in implementing AI-driven marketing automation and using advanced tools to enhance team efficiency.
- Extensive experience coaching and managing teams, combined with a collaborative approach towards sales and product management units.
- Native-level German proficiency and fluent English speaking skills.
- A leadership style characterized by approachability, enthusiasm, down-to-earth communication, and goal orientation, fostering a KPI-driven yet positive workplace environment.
