Role Overview

We are searching for a seasoned and enthusiastic Head of Marketing to spearhead our brand identity, customer journey, digital initiatives, loyalty, retention programs, and community involvement. This leadership position blends strategic oversight with practical implementation in an organization devoted to wellness and outstanding guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Manage brand identity and narrative development.
• Enhance customer experience and optimize guest journeys.
• Oversee digital marketing and communications.
• Drive social media, content creation, and community engagement.
• Coordinate partnerships, events, and brand activations.
• Conduct performance analysis, reporting, and budget oversight.

Experience and Skills Required

• Over 7 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, customer experience, or related leadership positions.
• Demonstrated success with integrated marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
• Expertise with CRM systems and marketing automation, particularly Salesforce and Account Engagement.
• Proficient in managing websites, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
• Skilled in Google Analytics 4 and search engine optimization techniques.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies and creative teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in luxury hospitality, wellness, tourism, or retreat sectors.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and service design.
• Ability to use Canva or Adobe Creative Suite software.
• A passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering memorable customer experiences.
