The Opportunity

As the Head of Marketing, you will take full responsibility for the marketing division at a company distinguished by its innovative and unconventional campaigns. This role blends creativity with technical expertise, requiring you to combine imaginative brand marketing with a solid command of SEO and GEO strategies. You will play a critical role in pioneering the firm's transition towards a product-led growth approach.

You will have significant autonomy to experiment and define the marketing direction, working directly alongside the founders in a dynamic, high-responsibility setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the comprehensive marketing strategy and establish the brand’s tone and voice.
• Create and implement innovative and attention-grabbing campaigns that differentiate the brand in a competitive market.
• Lead the strategies for SEO and GEO to boost organic visibility and growth.
• Formulate and enhance the product marketing initiatives as the organization shifts focus toward product-oriented growth.
• Collaborate closely with the founders and go-to-market teams to ensure marketing strategies align with revenue objectives.

Requirements

• A versatile marketer combining high creativity with strong technical proficiency.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with SEO and GEO methodologies.
• Proven success in delivering imaginative and impactful marketing campaigns.
• Experience working in early-stage startups pre-Series C, comfortable managing ambiguity and multitasking various roles.
• Proactive with a strong preference for independent, decisive action in a fast-paced environment.
