Role Overview
As Head of Marketing, you will spearhead the global marketing strategy and operations, transforming Ventrata’s efforts into a systematic and measurable engine focused on product marketing, enterprise sales enablement, and customer advocacy. Collaborating with multiple departments, you will craft enterprise-level messaging, coordinate strategic joint campaigns with global partners, and oversee the internal creative team. Your leadership will define and execute marketing initiatives aligned with commercial growth goals, elevating brand positioning and demand generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the comprehensive marketing strategy, brand positioning, and roadmap to support company growth.
- Create and scale demand generation strategies that drive qualified pipelines, new customer acquisition, and revenue expansion via digital channels, partnerships, and events.
- Lead cross-department initiatives for product launches, partnership programs, market expansion, and strategic campaigns alongside Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Strengthen product and customer marketing functions to enhance positioning, communications, sales support, advocacy, and content creation.
- Utilize competitive intelligence and customer feedback to reinforce market positioning and deliver consistent messaging.
- Manage and grow the marketing team by establishing clear goals, KPIs, and fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and embracing AI technologies.
- Oversee marketing operations including platform (HubSpot) administration, performance analytics, budgeting, supplier coordination, and technology stack management ensuring commercial impact measurement.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably within enterprise software requiring complex sales engagement.
- Experience designing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, brand management, content development, SEO/geo-targeting, and inbound marketing.
- Track record of effective collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to optimize business outcomes.
- Strong commercial acumen to prioritize impactful initiatives and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content production skills.
- Fluency with HubSpot or equivalent CRM and marketing automation platforms, with capability in performance reporting.
- Ability to combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution especially in product positioning and technical writing.
- Proven people management skills with a results-oriented attitude and curiosity for AI and automation in marketing.
- Fluent English (C1) mandatory; experience in travel technology and proficiency in additional European languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese) is advantageous.
