About the Role

This leadership position involves managing comprehensive warehousing, inventory, and logistics functions for Singapore operations, establishing a robust and scalable framework from inception to support expanding business demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire material flow lifecycle, from supplier receipt through to customer delivery.
- Ensure operational excellence in warehousing, inventory control, transportation logistics, customs compliance, and third-party logistics management.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes, strategic warehouse frameworks, and governance policies.
- Drive initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality service delivery, and risk mitigation.
- Leverage logistics technologies and data analytics to enhance operational visibility and performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor a large team of skilled professionals, spearheading cross-departmental transformation projects.
- Establish scalable systems and capabilities to boost operational resilience and customer satisfaction, ensuring sustained supply chain effectiveness.
Experience Requirements
- Proven track record as a senior operations leader specializing in supply chain, logistics, and warehousing management.
- Demonstrated experience in operational transformation and implementing industry best practices to elevate business performance.
- Familiarity with warehouse design and the application of digital solutions within logistics operations is highly advantageous.
- A proactive, agile, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving change and optimizing processes.
