Job description
About the company
StackFuel helps people and organizations build practical skills in data and AI so they can keep pace with a workplace that is being reshaped by artificial intelligence. Since 2017, the company has trained learners with hands-on business cases, coding practice, and personal mentoring.
The business serves both enterprise and individual learners. Companies such as Mercedes-Benz, IAV, and Telefónica use the programs to upskill entire teams and make them more productive, competitive, and future-ready. For many private learners, the programs act as a pathway into a new career, often through funded training initiatives.
Since January 2026, StackFuel has been part of Multiverse, Europe’s only edtech unicorn. Together, the organizations aim to help 100,000 people in Germany gain AI skills. The team is currently around 60 people in Berlin and plans to more than double in the next 12 months.
Role overview
In this role, you will own the roadmap and production of German-language learning programs for the DACH market. You will coordinate the production interfaces between the German team and the learning organization in the United Kingdom, ensuring that German-speaking customers receive high-quality, scalable learning experiences and products.
You will also build and expand an AI-enabled content production pipeline, maintain strong content quality, and manage budget, resources, and capacity for the development and scaling of the German learning portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Own the portfolio and roadmap for German-language learning products across the DACH market.
- Create skill maps and shape product positioning for the German market.
- Lead the design, quality assurance, and ongoing improvement of learning programs.
- Build, manage, and develop the learning team in Germany.
- Use AI-supported workflows to scale content production and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate external service providers and work closely with the UK learning teams.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Sales, including support for key customer meetings.
What you bring
- Several years of experience in learning product strategy, content operations, or program/production management, ideally in EdTech or a technology environment.
- Proven ownership of portfolios and roadmaps, including budget and resource planning.
- Strong technology and product mindset with the ability to quickly understand technical and organizational topics.
- Experience working with senior tech stakeholders such as CTOs, CAIOs, CDOs, and VPs, ideally in regulated education settings.
- Leadership experience in fast-moving, rapidly growing organizations, plus experience managing external partners.
- Confident use of data, KPIs, and AI/automation tools to manage content and production workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, combined with resilience and a strong appetite for cross-functional collaboration.
Working style and additional information
StackFuel follows a solutions-oriented, data-driven way of working and values open feedback and strong team spirit. Two trustees elected by the full team serve as neutral and confidential points of contact for questions and concerns.
You will have a high level of ownership from day one, with the freedom to contribute your own ideas, shape processes in a lasting way, and influence how the company works.
Most roles follow a hybrid setup with three days per week in the office. Coaches and trainers are the exception and meet in person every two months.
The company offers workation for up to 10 days per year from anywhere in the EU, the EEA, and Turkey.
Team rituals, seasonal celebrations, and a well-stocked kitchen support a lively and collaborative atmosphere.
Online trainings are available to help you strengthen your skills and grow into an expert in data and AI.
