Job description

About the company

StackFuel helps people build practical data and AI skills so they can keep up with changes in the job market. Since 2017, the company has been training learners through real business cases, coding exercises, and personal mentoring. It supports both corporate teams at companies such as Mercedes-Benz, IAV, and Telefónica, as well as private individuals who want to transition into new careers, often through subsidized training programs.

As of January 2026, StackFuel became part of Multiverse, Europe’s only EdTech unicorn. Together, the two companies aim to prepare 100,000 people in Germany for AI. The company is growing quickly: the Berlin team is currently around 60 people and is expected to more than double within the next 12 months.

Role overview

In this position, you will take on a key role in expanding and scaling the company’s educational portfolio. You will be responsible for accurately creating, maintaining, and improving course listings in the Kursnet portal of the German Federal Employment Agency, as well as on other relevant platforms. Your work will ensure that every course and location is shown completely, kept up to date, and aligned with all applicable rules and requirements, directly supporting the visibility and reach of the training offering.

You will work across Educational Content, Sales, Compliance, external stakeholders, and portal operators to keep data and approvals running smoothly. In addition, you will manage site-related contracts and support the certification of new locations, helping maintain a consistent and high-quality presentation of the education portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, update, refine, and expand course information in the Kursnet portal and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with Kursnet rules, official requirements, and formal submission standards.
  • Improve how the education offerings are presented so they are easier to find and more visible.
  • Coordinate the leasing, certification, and contract handling for new training locations.
  • Clean, structure, and enrich data to maintain strong data quality.
  • Help standardize and document data workflows, formats, and data standards.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with course data management, ideally within portals such as Kursnet.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes.
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • A highly careful, organized, detail-focused way of working, with strong reliability and accountability.
  • Clear, professional communication and enjoyment of cooperative, service-oriented work with internal and external partners.
  • Experience with CMS, CRM, or course administration systems is an advantage.
  • Ideally, prior exposure to public authorities or government institutions, as well as location and course certification processes.
  • Excellent German skills at C2 level and very strong English skills at least at C1 level.

Work culture and benefits

You can expect a solution-oriented, data-driven working style, an open feedback culture, and a strong team spirit. Two trustees elected by the full StackFuel team act as neutral and confidential points of contact if you need support or have questions.

You will be trusted with responsibility from day one, encouraged to contribute your own ideas, and given the opportunity to shape processes in a lasting way.

Most roles follow a hybrid model with three office days per week. Coaches and trainers meet in person every two months instead.

You may work remotely from anywhere in the EU, the EEA, and Turkey for up to 10 days per year under the company’s workation policy.

Regular team exchanges, seasonal celebrations, and a well-stocked kitchen help create an active and enjoyable workplace.

You will also have access to online training to strengthen your professional skills and grow into an expert in data and AI.

The company welcomes applications from people of all genders, gender identities, sexual orientations, backgrounds, ages, and abilities.
