Head of IT Operations

Overview

This role is based in Abu Dhabi and involves a yearly renewable contract focused on overseeing comprehensive operations of the TAMM platform. The core objective is to ensure seamless operation of all platform services, maintain compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and monitor platform health dynamically.

Key Duties

• Manage proactive monitoring tools and implement alert systems to identify issues promptly.
• Lead incident management processes to resolve platform disruptions effectively.
• Drive initiatives around security protocols, business continuity planning, and continuous platform improvement.
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to maintain platform availability and resilience.
• Oversee technical documentation related to platform operations and processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 15 years of experience in operations management with a focus on IT operations, platform monitoring, and handling incidents.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in real-time monitoring, incident response, security oversight, and adherence to SLAs.
• Strong leadership abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
