About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial-minded leader to serve as CIO / Head of IT & Digital Transformation for a successful international firm. In this pivotal position, you will design and implement the global IT and digital strategy, lead transformation efforts, and evolve a cutting-edge, high-performance IT organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and execute the worldwide IT and digitalization roadmap aligned with corporate objectives
• Lead, develop, and transform the global IT organization
• Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-efficient operations across the international IT landscape
• Manage strategic digitalization, infrastructure, and transformation initiatives
• Advance the SAP environment, central enterprise applications, and the data & analytics strategy
• Advise senior executives on IT matters and translate business needs into effective, sustainable solutions

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in senior IT roles with international scope
• Proven track record driving digitalization, change management, and transformation projects
• Strong expertise in IT operations, SAP, data management, IT governance, and cybersecurity
• Experience overseeing global IT teams and managing external partners and service providers
• Strategic mindset paired with strong execution skills and entrepreneurial approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities at senior management level
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
