- Lead and coach the HR team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Drive enterprise initiatives tied to growth, transformation, and performance improvement.
- Use people data and employee feedback to guide decisions and priorities.
- Maintain compliance, operational discipline, and a positive employee experience.

- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including responsibility across an enterprise or multi-site environment.
- Proven experience preparing for and participating in Board and executive discussions, with the ability to present workforce, talent, and succession topics effectively.
- Strong ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
- Experience guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and complex change.
- Executive presence and the ability to influence across multiple leadership levels.
- Prior exposure to Boards and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in complex, knowledge-based, or highly educated settings is preferred.
- Strong background in organizational development and leadership development, with a history of building scalable people infrastructure.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills.
